Personalized Products & Gift Sets:
- Because personalized products and gift sets are made uniquely for you, they are not eligible for returns. Please carefully check the spelling, names, punctuation and dates on your personalized order before submitting it to us.
- Our goal is to provide quality gifts that customers love. We carefully inspect each item before shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged or with manufacturing error, let us know within 15 days of receipt by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a description of the issue and a product picture if it arrived damaged. For items deemed to have arrived to you as damaged or with manufacturing error, we'll issue a refund or exchange. Depending on the issue, we may also require the item be returned to us within 15 days of receipt for a refund.
Other Products That are Not Personalized & Not Part of a Gift Set:
- For products that are not personalized and are not part of a gift set, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned unopened, undamaged and in original packaging for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To initiate a return request, please send an email to email@example.com within 15 days of product delivery to get a return authorization number and return instructions.
