Returns

    Personalized Products:

    • Because personalized products are made to order, they are not eligible for returns. Please carefully check the spelling, names, punctuation and dates on your personalized order before submitting it to us.
    • Our goal is to provide quality gifts that customers love. We carefully inspect each item before shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged or with manufacturing error, let us know within 15 days of receipt by sending an email to service@modpeach.com. Please include a description of the issue and a product picture if it arrived damaged. For items deemed to have arrived to you as damaged or with manufacturing error, we'll issue a refund or exchange. Depending on the issue, we may also require the item be returned to us within 15 days of receipt for a refund.
