1. How long does it take to process bulk/custom orders?
Our timing will depend on the quantity needed. We can customize most orders in 5 business days following proof approval. Please contact us for a custom quote and let us know your desired timing.
2. How long does shipping take?
We ship from Decatur, GA. We typically use UPS ground which normally takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
3. Do you give discounted rates for bulk orders?
Yes, we provide discounted pricing for bulk orders when ordering 10 or more items.
4. What items can be customized?
Most items in the shop can be customized with your logo or artwork. The stainless steel drinkware including water bottles and tumblers look great with precise laser engraving.
5. What type of artwork file do you need?
The best file is a vector file (this will be a document that ends in .AI or .EPS or .SVG). If you do not have your artwork in one of these formats, we may be able to convert it for a nominal cost. Please note that you must own the rights to reproduce any trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed images or logos.
